Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers a slightly larger room with a couch, and many may not realize this unique feature. The presence of a whole bunch of pigeons could be a concern, but the room size is a plus.
The hotel had views looking out to the Eiffel Tower, but the small toilet seat and bathroom were different, and the rooms were extremely small near the elevator. The staff were very accommodating to early check-in and late check-out, except for a disastrous check-in experience, and did not value Platinum members. The location was in the heart of Paris, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, which was great for running the marathon. The dining experience was wonderful with lots of variety but a bit pricey at 32€ per person. The facilities were good overall, offering diverse amenities.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were presented so well, with complimentary water and toffees on turn down, all the little extras that make it that bit nicer. Although the room was already very small, the quality and cleanliness were excellent. The room was spacious, with great facilities, well-maintained, quiet, featuring a fabulous massage shower and a comfortable bed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the views looking out to the Eiffel Tower were breathtaking, I was disappointed to find the room small and in need of some touch-ups. The service, on the other hand, was incredibly friendly and helpful.
The hotel is situated between the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe, offering a convenient location with plenty of nearby bakeries, cafes, and massage spots. The rooms, while small, are clean and well-maintained, but some views are obstructed by the air conditioner unit. The service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, though language barriers may be encountered. The dining options are good but come at a higher price point. Overall, a well-positioned hotel with great service and dining choices.
The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, but the rooms were smaller than expected. The staff provided excellent service and the dining options were sufficient. However, the lack of a bathtub and small shower area were drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were smaller than expected but had lovely balconies. The staff, although professional and attentive, were not always easy to reach at night. The location, between the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, was convenient, but it was a bit pricier than we anticipated. The dining experience was good, with various choices, but there was some confusion about the breakfast service. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
